ML Engineer + (AI Ads Experience) | up to $260K + Equity! | Mountain View
A fast growing, late-stage media platform start-up with over 40 million user nationally is financially independent and on its way to an IPO! (great time to join!)
Today, they are scaling their Machine Learning team and looking to add an experience ML Engineer to develop and refine algorithms for ads retrieval, ranking, CTR or CVR prediction, auto bidding, and auction mechanism design.
Key Skill Sets ( in ANY of the following)
- Experience in CVR Optimization or Information Retrieval or
- Information Retrieval (Add Retrieval)
- Add Relevance
Location: Mountain View (hybrid, 4 days onsite, Friday remote)
Compensation: $180 - $260K (depending on experience) + 15% to 25% Bonus (depending on Sr to Staff) + Equity!
